Unfortunately, we do not accept Eyemed/Blue View Vision, Aetna, Aetna Medicare Advantage, Humana, Tufts, Ambetter, Amerihealth, Superior Vision, Davis Vision, Delta Vision,Wellcare, Wellcare Medicare Advantage, United Healthcare Vision, Spectera Vision, Granite State Advantage, or other Medicaid plans other than New Hampshire Healthy Families and Wellsense.

For the plans we do not accept, you may pay out of pocket at the time of the visit, and with our paid receipt, you may self-submit to your own insurance company to see if they reimburse for 'out-of-network providers'.
